• Engaging in any conduct that could damage the reputation, goodwill or business interests of b786.

b786 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these provisions and to take appropriate action, including blocking IP addresses, removing content and involving relevant authorities.

12. Termination

• Continued provision of Platform access would expose b786 to legal, reputational or financial risk;

Upon termination, all rights and licences granted under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability) and 13 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
